Hi Aimee,

The Havering Card scheme is continuing to operate in 2012 and last year we asked businesses to accept out of date cards. Although old cards are still accepted, some new ones have been printed. If you would like a new card, please email your contact and Havering Card details to me at: councillormichael.white@havering.gov.uk and I will pass them to the relevant officer.

All details on road closures surrounding the Torch Relay area available at the Havering Torch Relay, FAQ page, which is available at:http://www.havering.gov.uk/Lists/Related%20Media/Attachments/1460/v2_Havering%20Torch%20Relay%20FAQs.doc

Sections 11 and 12 relate directly to road closures, but section 26 on bus disruption may also be of use to members of your congregation.

Trinity Church in Romford have several of their congregation travelling throughout Romford and Hornchurch etc on a Sunday, please send me details of road closures and relevant times.

I too am interested in which roads will be closed leading up to the procession.
I have friends who wish to travel to Hornchurch from outside.
